APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT

Just Trays Ltd has applied to Leeds City Council for a permit to operate an installation for the manufacture of shower trays involving the use of polymerised or co-polymerised pre-formulated resins and gel coats at Units 1-4 Whitehall Industrial Estate, Ashfield Way, Leeds, LS12 5JB.

The application contains a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment.  The application has been placed on the public register held at Environmental Action Service, Millshaw Park Way, Leeds, LS11 0LS and can be inspected free of charge between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, by prior arrangement.  Any written comments on the application should be made to the Chief Office Environmental Action at the above address within 28 days of the date of this advertisement.

Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done.  If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
